I must admit, I have also been doing said things, but I find that there should be some moments when we should all relax and take a deep breath.
Wait. You. Right now, wherever you are, whoever you are, take a deep breath. Inhale. Exhale. (I'm not trying to sound cheesy or anything, but it really works, trust me.) As you exhale, relax as many muscles as you can. Trust me, you will feel ready for anything. :)
